RIO RICO, AZ | 2023 Chevrolet TraverseMarch 1, 2023My brand new 2023 Chevy Traverse has been at Croppers for the past three and a half weeks for service and all we get is the run around as to why the car has not been fixed. They informed us that because of their policy our car has to wait until the cars ahead of ours get fixed first which is understandable, except the part for the car ahead of ours is not in yet. Even though our part is in we are still waiting. Two weeks ago they said it was already getting fixed and we would be able to pick it up that Wednesday. Two weeks have passed and still no car. The car has been in the shop getting repaired longer than I have driven it. I am very dissatisfied with Croppers. It would have gotten fixed quicker if we would have towed it to Phoenix in the first place.Response from Cropper's Chevrolet Buick GMC
